全程人文关怀护理对内镜下肠息肉切除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析全程人文关怀护理在内镜下肠息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法从本院2019年2月至2020年3月收治的60例肠息肉切除术患者,基于随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),两组患者分别采取常规护理干预、全程人文关怀护理干预,观察两组患者护理干预前后负性情绪,对比两组患者手术时间、术后恢复时间、并发症发生情况等。结果两组患者实施护理干预前SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组患者负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施内镜下肠息肉切除术中采取全程人文关怀护理干预,能够降低患者抑郁和焦虑情绪,缩短手术时间,加速患者恢复,降低并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the application effect of the whole-course humanistic care during endoscopic polypectomy.Methods From February 2019 to March 2020,60 patients undergoing intestinal polypectomy were divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30)based on the random number table method.The control group using conventional nursing intervention,the research group implemented a whole-course humanistic care intervention on the basis of conventional nursing,observing the negative emotions of the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention,and comparing the operation time,postoperative recovery time,and complications of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS(Self-rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale)before the implementation of nursing intervention between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The negative emotion scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All indicators of surgery in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of endoscopic intestinal polypectomy,the whole-course humanistic care intervention can reduce the depression and anxiety of patients,shorten the operation time,accelerate the recovery of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
