摘　　要：目的研究同期放化疗患者中心静脉导管(PICC)导管相关性感染的因素和有效护理。方法对2019年3月至2021年2月到我院进行同期放化疗的168例患者的资料进行回顾性分析,总结PICC导管相关性感染的发生率,分析PICC导管相关性感染的因素,并总结护理。结果①年龄、置管史、导管置入部位、细胞免疫功能、贴膜过敏、浅静脉化疗史、血栓形成史、单次化疗时间等是PICC导管相关性感染发生的单因素(P<0.05)。②细胞免疫功能、浅静脉化疗为PICC导管相关性感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论同期放化疗肿瘤患者PICC导管相关性感染原因众多,需采取针对性措施进行积极防护。Objective To study the factors and effective nursing of central venous catheter(PICC)catheter-related infection in patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods The data of 168 patients who came to our hospital for concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy from March 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of PICC catheter-related infection was summarized,and the factors of PICC catheterrelated infection were analyzed and summarized.Care.Results(1)Age,catheterization history,catheter placement site,cellular immune function,patch allergy,superficial vein chemotherapy history,thrombosis history,single chemotherapy time,etc.are the single factors for PICC catheter-related infections(P<0.05);(2)Cellular immune function and superficial vein chemotherapy are independent risk factors for PICC catheter-related infection(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many reasons for PICC catheter-related infections in patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy during the same period,and targeted measures need to be taken for active protection.
