摘　　要：目的研究综合护理对功能失调性子宫出血治疗效果的影响。方法在我院2019年3月至2020年3月接收的功能失调性子宫出血患者中选择100例,并随机分为两组,所有患者应用宫腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组50例常规护理,观察组50例综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我护理能力评分明显高于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对应用宫腔镜手术治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者而言,开展综合护理能缩短手术时间,降低阴道出血量,提高手术安全性,同时可降低术后疼痛程度,提高患者自理能力,有效改善其生活质量,护理效果更为良好,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods One hundred patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.All patients were treated with hysteroscopic surgery,50 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 50 cases in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The self-care ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by hysteroscopic surgery,comprehensive care can shorten the operation time,reduce vaginal bleeding,and improve the safety of the operation.At the same time,it can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve the patient's ability to take care of themselves,and effectively improve Its quality of life and nursing effect are better,and it is worthy of further promotion.
