营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨营养均衡饮食疗法在妊娠糖尿病患者产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的84例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=42)接受常规产后护理,观察组(n=42)在常规产后护理的基础上接受营养均衡饮食疗法,对比两组产妇血糖水平和营养状况。结果产后1个月观察组HbA1c、FBG、2 hFBG水平分别为(6.85±1.24)%、(6.87±1.20)mmol/L、(5.13±0.30)mmol/L;对照组分别为(7.92±1.31)%、(8.32±1.01)mmol/L、(5.93±0.46)mmol/L,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。产后3个月观察组HbA1c、FBG、2 hFBG水平分别为(6.18±0.83)%、(6.44±0.81)mmol/L、(4.36±0.18)mmol/L;对照组分别为(6.61±1.19)%、(7.70±1.62)mmol/L、(5.47±0.36)mmol/L,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。产后1个月观察组BMI、TG、TC、TRF、PA、ALB分别为(28.29±2.61)kg/m2、(2.16±0.32)mmol/L、(4.16±0.47)mmol/L、(1.88±0.11)g/L、(0.26±0.06)g/L、(33.23±2.65)g/L;对照组分别为(29.15±2.68)kg/m2、(2.68±0.30)mmol/L、(4.69±0.51)mmol/L、(1.71±0.14)g/L、(0.24±0.05)g/L、(31.29±2.53)g/L,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。产后3个月观察组BMI、TG、TC、TRF、PA、ALB分别为(22.53±1.84)kg/m2、(1.42±0.16)mmol/L、(3.81±0.29)mmol/L、(2.34±0.09)g/L、(0.37±0.10)g/L、(37.25±3.04)g/L;对照组分别为(24.28±2.13)kg/m2、(1.87±0.19)mmol/L、(4.36±0.32)mmol/L、(2.07±0.14)g/L、(0.29±0.09)g/L、(33.18±2.69)g/L,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论营养均衡饮食疗法可有效控制妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平,改善营养水平,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of balanced diet therapy in postpartum nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing care.The control group(n=42)received routine postpartum care,and the observation group(n=42)received balanced diet therapy.The blood glucose level and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2 hFBG in the observation group were(6.85±1.24)%,(6.87±1.20)mmol/L,(5.13±0.30)mmol/L respectively;The control group was(7.92±1.31)%,(8.32±1.01)mmol/L,(5.93±0.46)mmol/L respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2 hFBG in the observation group at 3 months postpartum were(6.18±0.83)%,(6.44±0.81)mmol/L,(4.36±0.18)mmol/L respectively;The control group was(6.61±1.19)%,(7.70±1.62)mmol/L,(5.47±0.36)mmol/L respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At one month postpartum,BMI,TG,TC,TRF,PA and ALB in the observation group were(28.29±2.61)kg/m2,(2.16±0.32)mmol/L,(4.16±0.47)mmol/L,(1.88±0.11)g/L,(0.26±0.06)g/L,(33.23±2.65)g/L respectively;The control group were(29.15±2.68)kg/m2,(2.68±0.30)mmol/L,(4.69±0.51)mmol/L,(1.71±0.14)g/L,(0.24±0.05)g/L,(31.29±2.53)g/L respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At 3 months postpartum,BMI,TG,TC,TRF,PA and ALB in the observation group were(22.53±1.84)kg/m2,(1.42±0.16)mmol/L,(3.81±0.29)mmol/L,(2.34±0.09)g/L,(0.37±0.10)g/L,(37.25±3.04)g/L respectively;The control group were(24.28±2.13)kg/m2,(1.87±0.19)mmol/L,(4.36±0.32)mmol/L,(2.07±0.14)g/L,(0.29±0.09)g/L,(33.18±2.69)g/L respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutrition-balanced diet therapy can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with gestational dia
