中医情志护理对慢性肾功能不全患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的分析慢性肾功能不全疾病特点、患者负性情绪状况与原因,评价中医情志护理干预对患者情绪改善等方面的积极影响。方法选择我院2019年2月至2020年5月收治的慢性肾功能不全患者,总计80例。进行分组对照护理,采取随机数字表法。对照组(n=40)患者采取常规护理,观察组(n=40)患者配合中医情志护理干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪、护理满意度、生活质量,情绪状况以焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评估,生活质量以健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short from Health Survey,SF-36)评估。结果护理后比较护理前患者负性情绪、生活质量改善,观察组改善幅度大于对照组P<0.05;护理后组间护理问卷调查结果比较,观察组总满意度95.00%高于对照组,P<0.05。结论慢性肾功能不全患者身心负担大,中医情志护理干预助于改善患者的情绪与生活质量,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the characteristics of chronic renal insufficiency disease,the patient's negative emotional state and causes,and to evaluate the positive effects of TCM emotional nursing intervention on the emotional improvement of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected.Carry out group control nursing,adopt random number table method.Patients in the control group(n=40)took routine nursing,and patients in the observation group(n=40)cooperated with TCM emotional nursing intervention.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.The emotional status was assessed by the Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the quality of life Use the health survey short form(The MOS Item Short from Health Survey,SF-36)assessment.Results After nursing,the negative emotions and quality of life of the patients before nursing were improved.The improvement of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,P<0.05;after nursing,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with chronic renal insufficiency have a heavy physical and mental burden.TCM emotional nursing intervention can help improve the patient's mood and quality of life,and patient satisfaction is high.
