循证护理干预对老年压疮的作用

摘　　要：目的评价循证护理干预对老年压疮的作用。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年3月收治的老年压疮患者64例作为试验对象,分组依据为奇偶数法,对照组与研究组均为32例。其中对照组的护理方法为常规护理干预,研究组的护理方法为循证护理干预,比较两组压疮改善情况、生活质量及护理满意度的差异。结果研究组患者压疮改善总有效率及生理功能、社会功能、角色功能、精神功能评分均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的护理满意度低于研究组,组间差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论老年压疮患者实施循证护理对改善压疮情况和生活质量、提高护理满意度有良好的临床效果,值得临床进一步借鉴和推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on senile pressure ulcers.Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental subjects.The grouping was based on the odd-even method,and the control group and the study group were 32 cases.The nursing method of the control group was routine nursing intervention,and the nursing method of the research group was evidence-based nursing intervention.The differences in pressure ulcer improvement,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of improvement in pressure ulcers and the quality of life,social function,role function,and mental function of the study group were higher than those of the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for elderly patients with pressure ulcers has a good clinical effect on improving pressure ulcers,quality of life and improving nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
