俯卧位通气干预护理对新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析在新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中应用俯卧位通气干预护理的效果。方法研究对象均选自我院医治的新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,共160例,选取时间范围2018年8月至2019年8月。通过随机数字表法进行分组,其中80例采取常规机械通气护理干预(对照组),另80例采取俯卧位通气干预护理(观察组)。比较两组患儿干预前后血气指标的变化;统计机械通气时间和住院时间。结果治疗后,观察组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))高于对照组(P<0.05)。在机械通气时间和住院时间上,观察组均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论俯卧位通气干预护理应用于新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征患儿中,能够有效调节血气指标,缩短机械通气时间和住院时间,值得广泛开展。Objective To analyze the effect of applying prone ventilation intervention nursing in neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods A total of 160 cases of neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.The time range was from August 2018 to August 2019.Grouped by random number table method,80 cases were treated with conventional mechanical ventilation nursing intervention(control group),and the other 80 cases were treated with prone position ventilation intervention nursing(observation group).The changes of blood gas indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay were counted.Results After treatment,PaCO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while SaO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prone position ventilation intervention nursing is applied to neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome children,which can effectively regulate blood gas indexes and shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization.It is worthy of extensive development.
