摘　　要：目的了解南京市二级以上医疗机构内镜中心的医院感染管理及内镜清洗消毒现状,并对存在的问题提出整改意见.方法通过内镜清洗消毒现况调查表对内镜中心的布局设施、清洗消毒(灭菌)流程、监测和记录、培训和职业安全防护进行评定,同时现场抽检内镜的清洗消毒质量.结果2019年1—6月对35家医疗机构的内镜中心展开调研.三级医院的医院感染管理综合评分平均为340.44(85.11%),二级医院平均为352.52(88.13%),均处在优秀等级.现场抽检结果显示,软式内镜消毒质量合格率为92.30%.结论绝大多数医疗机构能够按照《软式内镜清洗消毒技术规范》的要求,实施医院感染管理和内镜清洗消毒流程,定期开展监测和培训,有效地保证了软式内镜的清洗消毒质量.Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection management and endoscope cleaning and disinfection in the endoscopy centers of medical institutions above level Ⅱin Nanjing,and to propose rectification suggestions for existing prob lems. Methods The layout and facilities,cleaning and disinfection ( sterilization) process,monitoring and recording,training and occupational safety protection of the endoscopy centers were assessed through the survey form for the status of endoscope cleaning and disinfection. At the same time,the cleaning and disinfection quality of the endoscope was randomly checked on site. Results The endoscopy centers in 35 medical institutions were surveyed from January to June 2019. The comprehensive score of nosocomial infection management in tertiary hospitals was 340. 44( 85. 11%) on average,and the average score of secondary hospitals was 352. 52( 88. 13%) ,both of which were in excellent grade. The results of onsite sampling showed that the qualified rate of disin fection quality of flexible endoscopes was 92. 30%. Conclusion Most medical institutions can implement nosocomial infection management and endoscope cleaning and disinfection procedures in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications for Cleaning and Disinfection of Flexible Endoscopes,and regularly carry out monitoring and training to effectively ensure the qual ity of cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes.
