摘　　要：由于制度背景、概念范围、指标体系等方面的差异,现有科技成果转化跨国比较多数就单一指标加以比较,而较少采用多指标测度体系进行衡量。通过限定概念范围,在梳理中国、美国、欧盟、英国的科技成果转化指标体系基础上,将指标分为核心类、特色类和效益类三类,与发达国家相关指标数字相比,中国大学在企业合作研发收入、成立科技型企业等方面有一定优势,成果转化规模数据近年来增速可观、未来成效可期。与此同时,我国在基础研究投入强度、专利管理制度、成果转化体系等方面存在不足,有待改进优化。Due to differences in institutional background, conceptual scope, indicator system, etc., most of the existing cross-country comparisons of technology transfer are conducted with a single indicator, while a multi-indicator measurement system is rarely used for measurement. By limiting the scope of concepts and combing the index systems for the technology transfer of China, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, the indicators are divided into three categories: Core category, Characteristic category, and Ratio category. Compared with the same indicators in developed countries, Chinese universities have certain unique advantages in terms of income from cooperative R&D and the establishment of start-ups. The scale of technology has grown rapidly in recent years, and future results can be expected. At the same time, China has deficiencies in the investment intensity of basic research, patent management system, and achievement transformation system, which need to be improved and optimized.
