摘　　要：世界记忆遗产凝结人类集体记忆之精华,联合国教科文组织专门建立世界记忆项目,以传承人类记忆、保护记忆遗产。然而在遗产保护与项目推进进程中,面临着地区发展不均衡、资金与人员匮乏、社会影响力不足及争议遗产入选引发国际纷争等困境。尤其是在记忆遗产面临历史正义与国际政治之矛盾、世界记忆项目被迫走向变革之路的当下,中国应发挥大国担当,努力维护记忆遗产的客观真实性,促进世界文化多样化繁荣发展,为保护世界记忆遗产、推动世界记忆项目正常运转贡献力量。The world memory heritage condenses the essence of human collective memory,so UNESCO establishes Memory of the World Programme to inherit human memory and protect memory heritage.However,in the process of heritage protection and programme promotion,there are many difficulties,such as unbalanced regional development,lack of funds and personnel,lack of social influence and international disputes caused by controversial heritage selection.Especially when the memory heritage is facing the contradiction between historical justice and international politics,and Memory of the World Programme is forced to change,China should play a major role,strive to maintain the objective authenticity of the memory heritage,promote the prosperity and development of world cultural diversity,and contribute to the protection of memory heritage and the normal operation of Memory of the World Programme.
