我国档案专业人员继续教育问题探究

摘　　要：档案继续教育作为档案事业的重要组成部分,在档案人才队伍建设方面起着巨大作用。文章基于我国档案继续教育活动开展情况,针对各省档案继续教育的培训次数、培训对象、培训内容、培训方式以及线上继续教育资源设置等信息进行调查,分析其中普遍存在的问题,探求问题出现的根本原因,并根据发展现状,提出适合我国档案继续教育的发展策略。As an important part of archives undertaking,continuing education of archives plays an important role in the construction of archives talents.Based on the development of archival continuing education in China,this paper investigates the training times,training objects,training contents,training methods and online continuing education resources in various regions,analyzes the common problems,explores the causes of the problems,and puts forward the development strategies suitable for the archives continuing education in China according to the current situation.
