摘　　要：通过梳理检察机关诉讼档案利用相关法律法规,结合调研,发现检察机关诉讼档案利用在法律法规、理念意识、信息化水平、管理水平和体制机制上存在诸多障碍,并提出相应优化策略。Through sorting out the relevant laws and regulations on the use of procuratorial organs'litigation archives,combined with investigation and research,it is found that there are many obstacles in the use of procuratorial organs'litigation archives in terms of laws and regulations,concept awareness,informatization level,management level,and mechanism.Some optimization strategies are proposed accordingly.
