摘  要:随着单相光伏并网系统越来越被重视,针对目前大多数采用的非隔离型或采用工频变压器隔离型系统作为光伏接口变换器存在无法做到电隔离以及存在电能质量低等问题,提出一种新型的两级式结构光伏并网接口变流器,即前级采用交错并联型DC-DC变换器,克服由传统的BOOST型变流器功率等级小的问题,同时建立交错并联型DC变换器数学模型;后级接入电力电子变压器双有源桥结构,进一步克服传统光伏变流器装置无法实现电电气隔离的问题,同时建立电力电子变压器双有源桥数学模型。最后进一步通过MATLAB/SIMULINK计算机仿真平台对所提结构及控制方案进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提结构正确性与优越性。With the increasing attention of single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected systems, most of the non-isolated or power-frequency transformer-isolated systems used as photovoltaic interface converters cannot be electrically isolated and have low power quality problems. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a new two-stage photovoltaic grid-connected interface converter, which uses an interleaved parallel DC-DC converter to overcome the problem of small power level of the traditional BOOST converter. The mathematical model of the staggered parallel DC converter was established. The rear stage was connected to the dual active bridge structure of the power electronic transformer, further overcoming the problem that the traditional photovoltaic converter device cannot achieve electrical and electrical isolation. At the same time, the mathematical model of the dual active bridge of the power electronic transformer was established. Finally, the proposed structure and control scheme were verified by MATLAB/SIMULINK computer simulation platform. The results show that the proposed structure is correct and superior.
