摘 要:高寒矿区生物氧化槽受恶劣气候以及地理条件限制,其燃煤供热模式不仅难以保证氧化提金率和能源利用率,还会造成严重环境污染。为解决上述问题,在综合分析槽内的细菌氧化反应、矿浆湍流规律以及换热管与矿浆动态热量交换的基础上,设计研究了高寒矿区生物氧化槽的太阳能-锅炉复合供热系统,建立了复合供热系统以及生物氧化槽计算模型,基于CFD软件对比分析,验证了上述模式下生物氧化槽内温度场分布规律。研究结果表明:在不同环境条件下,复合供热系统在满足温度需求的同时,促进氧化槽温度场分布更加均匀,提高了氧化提金率和能源利用率,对环境更加友好,从而可为高寒矿区生物氧化槽系统优化提供理论指导。The bio-oxidation tank in the Alpine mining area is limited by harsh climate and geographical conditions. Its coal-fired heating mode is not only difficult to guarantee the oxidization and gold extraction rate and energy utilization, but also causes serious environmental pollution. Based on the comprehensive analysis of bacterial oxidation reaction, slurry turbulence law and dynamic heat exchange between heat transfer tube and slurry, the solar-boiler composite heating system of bio-oxidation tank in high-cold mining area was designed and studied, and a composite heating system was established. And the calculation model of biological oxidation tank, based on the comparative analysis of CFD software, verified the distribution of temperature field in the biological oxidation tank. The research results show that under different environmental conditions, the composite heating system can promote the temperature field distribution of the oxidation tank more evenly while satisfying the temperature demand, improve the oxidation gold extraction rate and energy utilization rate, and is more friendly to the environment, which can provide theoretical guidance for the optimization of biological oxidation tank system in Alpine mining areas.
