摘 要:为了提高油品内有源静电消除的效果,提出刷状电极的结构,针对不同刷状电极的结构在油品内的电荷注入进行了研究。采用有限元的方法,对不同电极结构下的电荷注入进行模拟,并计算出每个电极结构相对应的平均冲流电流,由平均冲流电流的大小来确定电荷注入的强弱。根据刷状电极的特点,针面上相邻放电针的角度和相邻针面的距离确定电极的结构。基于不同电极结构下的平均冲流电流数值,分析相邻放电针的角度和相邻针面的距离对平均冲流电流的影响,对电极的结构展开优化。仿真结果表明,相邻放电针的角度和相邻针面的距离均存在临界值,使得平均冲流电流最大。为验证模拟结果的可靠性,对不同相邻针面的距离的刷状电极,展开油品内电荷注入的实验。实验结果表明,模拟和实验得到的结果一致。In order to improve the effect of active static elimination in oil,the structure of brush-shaped electrode was proposed,the study on the charge injection in oil for different brush-shaped electrodes was carried out.By applying finite element method,the charge injection under different electrode structures were simulate,the corresponding average streaming current were calculated,and the strength of charge injection was determined by the magnitude of the average streaming current.According to the characteristics of the brush-shaped electrode,the electrode structure was determined by two sets of parameters,the angle of adjacent discharge needle on the needle surface and the distance of adjacent needle surfaces.The effects of the angle of adjacent discharge needle and the distance of the adjacent needle surface on average streaming current were analyzed based on average streaming current under different electrode structures,and the electrode structure was optimized.The simulation results show that there is a critical value between the angle of adjacent discharge needle and the distance of the adjacent needle surface,so that the average streaming current is the largest.In order to verify the reliability of the simulation results,the experiment on charge injection in oil for brush-shaped electrodes with different the distance of the adjacent needle surface was carried out.The experimental result shows that the experimental and simulation results are consistent.
