摘　　要：目的探讨足背六边形皮瓣重建趾蹼在并趾畸形修复中的临床效果。方法自2016年10月至2019年8月,河北省儿童医院骨一科对收治24例(32个并趾)先天性并趾畸形患儿应用足背六边形皮瓣一期重建趾蹼并分趾矫形,术后观察足趾外观并进行功能评价。结果24例(32个并趾)患儿均一期重建趾蹼并分离并趾,创面均一期闭合,均未植皮。术后随访3~24个月,足趾无屈曲挛缩,无明显瘢痕增生,趾蹼宽度正常。其中3例出现趾蹼爬移,其余趾蹼深度正常。所有患者足趾屈曲活动功能良好,患儿家长均表示满意。结论应用足背六边形皮瓣重建趾蹼治疗先天并趾畸形,无需植皮,操作简单,足趾外观及功能良好,临床效果较满意。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of web reconstruction by dorsal hexagonal flap in the repair of toe syndactyly.Methods From October 2016 to August 2019,24 patients with congenital toe syndactyly(32 toes syndactyly)were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics of Hebei Children's Hospital.In all patients,the webs were reconstructed by dorsal hexagonal flap and toes syndactyly were separated in stage one.After operation,the appearance of toes were observed and the function was evaluated.Results In 24 patients,the webs were reconstructed and 32 toes syndactyly were separated in stage one.All wounds healed by first intention without skin grafts.All patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months.There was no flexion and contracture of toes.No obvious scar hyperplasia occurred.The width of web was normal.Three patients developed web creep and the depth of remaining webs were normal.The flexion function of toes were good in all patients.Parents were satisfied with the clinical efficacy.Conclusion The web reconstruction by dorsal hexagonal flap was effective in the treatment of congenital toe syndactyly.No skin graft was required.The operation was simple,the appearance and function of toe was good and satisfaction of clinical efficacy was high.
