摘 要:约束理论中A、B原则对应的代词和反身代词习得的不对称性是语言习得中的经典话题,一语习得研究中已经对此有大量研究,但二语习得中对此关注较少。目前,关于此不对称现象的原因依然存在争议,二语习得方面的相关研究将对此有重要的借鉴意义。本文用图片选择任务考察动词类型对中国中、低英语水平学生的代词和反身代词习得的影响,发现:(1)动词类型对二语习得中代词和反身代词的理解都有影响;(2)动词类型对二语习得中代词和反身代词理解的影响在二语水平达到一定阶段才出现;(3)最终代词理解的延迟并不受动词类型的影响。本文从频率效应、阈值效应以及加工消耗等方面对结果进行解释。The asymmetric acquisition of reflexives and pronouns, corresponding to Principle A and Principle B of Binding theory, is a classical issue in language acquisition.While a lot of relevant attention has been given to first language acquisition, few related studies can be found in second language area. Since there are still debates on the explanations of the asymmetry, researches on second language acquisition are helpful for the resolving of this question. With a forced-picture-selection task, the paper investigates whether verb types influence the Delay of Principle B Effect in the second language acquisition of students within interme-diate and low English proficiency. Participants are divided into different groups according to their performance in the experiment. The results show that 1) verb types can influence Chinese students’ comprehension of English pronouns and reflexives, 2)the effect of verb types in Chinese students’ interpretation of English pronouns and reflexives occurs in a certain stage of the acquisition, not from the beginning stage, and 3)verb types do not affect the final delay of pronoun interpretation in Chinese students’ second language acquisition of English. The paper tried to explain the results from the perspective of frequency effect, threshold value effect and processing cost.
