摘 要:装配式剪力墙结构的预制墙体采用U型筋搭接连接可提高效率、降低造价。为研究上下预制墙体U型筋搭接连接时,上下钢筋传力性能及其影响因素,对16个采用U型筋搭接连接的上下预制墙体进行了轴拉试验,试验参数包括U型筋直径、搭接长度、水平插筋直径和U型筋位置。分析了各试件的裂缝开展、破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线和各特征点荷载值、变形值。结果表明:搭接长度足够时,试件表现为U型筋被拉断或屈服;搭接长度不足时,试件表现为搭接区域混凝土被剪坏,水平插筋被剪断或剪屈;两种破坏形式中,水平插筋可提高U型筋搭接连接墙体的承载力。基于对试验结果的分析,提出了U型筋搭接连接在轴心荷载作用下的受拉承载力计算式,确定了U型分布筋搭接连接的搭接长度。对于常用直径的U型筋计算的墙体受拉承载力相对于试验测得的承载力误差在0.4%~11.0%之间,两者吻合较好。The prefabricated wall of a shear wall structure adopting U-shaped steel bar overlapping connections can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost. In order to study the mechanical performance and influencial factors of prefabricate RC walls with U-type reinforcement overlapping connections, sixteen shear wall specimens with U-type reinforcement overlapping connections were tested under monotonic axial tension load. The parameters include the diameter of U-type reinforcements, overlapping length, diameter of horizontal inserted reinforcements and position of U-type reinforcements. The crack propagation, failure mode, load-displacement curve, as well as the load and deformation at each characteristic point, were analyzed. The results indicate that when the overlapping length is sufficient, the U-type reinforcement of the specimens are either damaged or yielded. When the overlapping length is insufficient, the concrete in the overlapping area are cut off, and the horizontal reinforcements insertion are cut off or bent. In the two failure modes, the horizontal inserted reinforcements play an important role in the transfer of the force of the overlapping connection of U-type distributed reinforcements. Based on the experimental study, a calculation method for the tensile strength of the connections under axial loads was proposed, and the appropriate overlapping length was determined. The error of the tensile bearing capacity of the wall calculated for the commonly used diameter U-type reinforcements is between 0.4% and 11.0%, showing a good conformity.
