尿常规及尿微量白蛋白检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿常规及尿微量白蛋白检测对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法:抽取2019年6月至2020年6月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院收治的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者100例为观察组,另抽取同期健康体检者100例为对照组,所有受试者行尿常规、尿微量白蛋白检测,回顾性比较两组诊断结果及相应检测值。结果:观察组尿常规及尿微量白蛋白阳性检出率分别为76.00%(76/100)、87.00%(87/100),对照组尿常规、尿微量白蛋白阳性检出率均为0,观察组尿常规、尿微量白蛋白阳性检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组尿常规尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检测值高于对照组(t=46.948、74.582,P<0.05)。结论:尿常规及尿微量白蛋白检测对诊断糖尿病患者是否出现早期肾损伤有一定的应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of urine routine test and urine microalbumin test for early renal injury of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with early diabetic kidney injury who were admitted to Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy persons who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were subjected to urine routine,urine microalbumin detection.The diagnosis results and corresponding test values of the two groups were retrospectively compared.Results The positive detection rates of urine routine and urine microalbumin in the observation group were 76.00%(76/100)and 87.00%(87/100),respectively.The positive detection rates of urine routine and urine microalbumin in the control group were both 0.The positive detection rate of urine routine and urine microalbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The detection values of urine glucose and microalbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=46.948,74.582;P<0.05).Conclusions Urine routine and urine microalbumin testing can help to diagnose early renal injury in diabetic patients.
