摘　　要：目的:探讨动态心电图(DCG)对冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常的诊断价值。方法:抽取2019年1月至8月新乡市第一人民医院诊治的68例冠心病患者,所有患者行DCG检查(A组)与常规心电图检查(B组)。记录两组心肌缺血发作时间分布,并将两组心肌缺血、心律失常检出情况及心率变异率指标包括间期平均值标准差(RMSSD)、均值标准差(SDANN)、总体标准差(SDNN)进行比较。结果:A组心肌缺血总检出率为80.88%,高于B组的60.29%(P<0.05);在6∶00-12∶00有症状及无症状心肌缺血发作频率最高,其次是12∶00-18∶00;A组心律失常总检出率为79.41%,高于B组的57.35%(P<0.05);A组RMSSD、SDANN、SDNN水平高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者采用动态心电图检查能有效提高心肌缺血及心律失常的检出率。Objective To investigate the value of dynamic electrocardiography(DCG)in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty-eight patients with coronary heart disease in Xinxiang First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected in the study.They were subjected to DCG examination(group A)or routine ECG examination(group B).The onset time of myocardial ischemia in the two groups was recorded.The detection of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,and heart rate variability including the root mean squared of the successive differences(RMSSD),standard diviation of NN intervals(SDANN),standard deviation of normal-to-normal RR intervals(SDNN)in the two groups were compared.Results The total detection rate of myocardial ischemia in group A was 80.88%,which was higher than 60.29%in group B(P<0.05).The attack frequency of symptomatic and asymptomatic myocardial ischemia was the highest between 6∶00 and 12∶00,followed by 12∶00-18∶00.The total detection rate of arrhythmia in group A was 79.41%,which was higher than 57.35%in group B(P<0.05).The RMSSD,SDANN and SDNN in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions DCG can effectively improve the detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease,with high diagnostic value.
