摘　　要：目的:观察益坤宁颗粒联合替勃龙治疗更年期综合征(MPS)的临床效果。方法:抽取2017年10月至2020年1月南阳市第一人民医院收治的86例MPS患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。观察组患者给予益坤宁颗粒联合替勃龙治疗,对照组患者单独给予替勃龙治疗。比较治疗前、治疗3个月两组患者MPS相关症状如Kupperman绝经指数量表(KMI)评分,生殖内分泌激素如孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,子宫内膜厚度,免疫功能如T淋巴细胞(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、Th1/Th2)水平。结果:治疗3个月,两组患者KMI评分、LH、FSH、CD8+、Th1/Th2水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);两组患者P、E2、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平、子宫内膜厚度高于治疗前,且观察组高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益坤宁颗粒联合替勃龙治疗MPS患者效果较好,可有效缓解患者临床相关症状,改善生殖内分泌激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高机体免疫力。Objective To observe the effects of yikunning granules combined with tibolone on menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods Eighty-six patients with MPS admitted to Nanyang First People’s Hospital from October 2017 to January 2020 were divided into observation group and control group by random number methods,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in observation group were treated with yikunning granules combined with tibolone,and patients in control group were treated with tibolone alone.The MPS-related symptoms such as Kupperman Menopause Index(KMI),levels of reproductive endocrine hormones such as progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),endometrial thickness,immune function such as T lymphocytes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,Th1/Th2)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the KMI scores,levels of LH,FSH,CD8+and Th1/Th2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores and levels of observation group were lower than those of control group during the same period(P<0.05).The levels of P,E2,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+and endometrial thickness of patients in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes of observation group were higher than those of control group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusions Yikunning granules combined with tibolone has a better effect in the treatment of patients with MPS,and it can effectively relieve the clinical related symptoms,improve the levels of reproductive endocrine hormones,increase the endometrial thickness and enhance the body’s immunity.
