摘  要:高温超导强磁场感应加热设备及技术是江西联创光电超导应用有限公司、北京交通大学等7个单位组成的研究团队历时7a的研究成果。首台1 MW级的加热炉已于2019年投产,是世界最大的,中国具有完全自主知识产权。这是铝圆锭坯加热技术领域的重大突破,其优点很多,与传统的交流感应加热技术相比,可节约50%的成本,加热速度快,加热均匀,温度梯度可控,安全可靠。适合在铝挤压企业与锻压企业推广应用。The research result has been achieved on the induction heating equipment and technology with high-temperature superconducting high-intensity magnetic field by a 7-member team(incl.Jiangxi Lianovation Superconductor Corporation Ltd.,Beijing Jiaotong University and other 5 members)with as long as 7-year endeavor.As the largest one in the world,the first 1 MW heating furnace developed by that team was put into production in 2019.China has completely independent intellectual property of that furmace.This is a major breakthrough in the field of aluminum billet heating technologies with many advantages,i.e.50%lower cost,more uniform and faster heating,more controllable temperature gradient and sounder safety.Thus it is suitable for promotion in aluminum extrusion enterprises and forging enterprises.
