摘 要:以退火态架空输电用工业纯铝线和铝镁硅合金线为研究对象,主要研究老化态铝及铝合金线屈服强度预测的方法。研究结果表明:指数函数的基本形式可以较好地描述工业纯铝线和铝镁硅合金线屈服强度与退火时间的关系,通过数值拟合的方法,本文作者提出了老化态工业纯铝线和铝镁硅合金线屈服强度预测公式,基于拉拔态铝线的屈服强度、退火态铝线的稳定屈服强度,老化速率和退火时间便可以计算出退火态铝线的屈服强度;其中,稳定屈服强度和老化速率与温度密切相关,铝线的稳定屈服强度随着退火温度的升高逐渐下降,老化速率则随着退火温度的升高而增大,老化速率越大,老化态铝线屈服强度下降越快。The annealed commercially-pure Al wire and annealed Al-Mg-Si alloy wire used for overhead transmission lines were taken as the research objects to study the yield strength prediction method of the aged Al and Al-Mg-Si alloy wire.The results show that the basic form of exponential function can well describe the relation between the yield strength and annealing time of the commercially-pure Al wire and Al-Mg-Si alloy wire.Through the numerical fitting method,the yield strength prediction formula of the aged commercially pure Al wire and Al-Mg-Si alloy wire was put forward.Besides,the yield strength of annealed Al wire can be calculated based on the yield strength of drawn Al wire,stable yield strength of annealed Al wire,ageing rate and annealing time.The stable yield strength and the ageing rate are closely related to annealing temperature.The stable yield strength of Al wire decreases gradually with the increase of annealing temperature,while the ageing rate increases with the increase of annealing temperature.The higher the ageing rate is,the faster the yield strength of the aged Al alloy wire decreases.
