基于POI数据的中心城区边界识别与空间格局优化——以高唐县为例

摘　　要：充分利用大数据对城区边界及城市功能区进行识别分析,有助于优化城市空间格局,推动城市高质量发展。基于赋值POI数据,结合核密度及统计分析等方法,识别高唐县中心城区边界与城市用地功能,分析城市功能区混合分布特征并对城市空间格局进行优化。结果表明:中心城区主要以工业功能区与居住功能区为主,分别分布在中心城区的北部和中部,其中居住区主要与公共管理与公共服务、商服功能区等混合分布;城区中心功能区混合程度高,城区四周功能区分布较为单一;中心城区发展重心与功能区混合程度的空间分布特征基本吻合,城市的发展情况与功能区混合程度有一定关联;基于POI数据的中心城区空间格局优化结果与高唐县2035年中心城区规划总体较为一致。Making full use of big data to identify urban boundaries and urban functional areas will help to optimize the urban spatial pattern and promote high-quality urban development. Via kernel density and statistical analysis method based on assigned POI data, the boundaries of central urban area are identified, mixed distribution characteristics of urban functional areas are analyzed, and the urban spatial pattern is optimized. The results show that the central urban area is mainly composed of industrial functional areas and residential functional areas, which are located in the northern and center of the central urban area;residential areas are mainly mixed with public management and public service, commercial functional areas;the urban central functional areas are highly mixed, and the distribution of the functional areas are relatively simple on the edge;the development center of the central city is basically consistent with the spatial distribution characteristics of the mixing degree of functional areas, and the development of the city is related to the degree of mixing of functional areas;the spatial pattern optimization results of the central urban area based on POI data are generally consistent with the planning results of the central urban area of Gaotang county in 2035.
