摘　　要：In November 2015,Oingdao Municipal Government and Standardization Administration of China(SAC)signed the Memorandum of Understanding.In July 2020,as per Qingdao's letter of application,the State Adm in istrati on for Market Regulation(SAMR)and SAC formally replied and commended Qingdao's latest achievements since the city first began to carry out the "Standardization+" Action.
