摘  要:杭州洋桥水厂为解决供需矛盾,并保护原有水厂的历史文化,采用了新建LC型不锈钢设备化水厂方案。详细介绍了LC型不锈钢设备化水厂在杭州余杭洋桥水厂应急技改中的工程化应用,验证分析该新型设备化水厂相较于传统水厂的优点,及其在原水利用率、水处理效果、反冲洗能耗、节省投资、节约用地、保旧建新及运行成本等方面的性能。该设备化水厂设计规模为8000 m^(3)/d(最大产水能力可达10000 m^(3)/d),建设周期仅为31 d,稳定运行后的出水浊度基本在0.2 NTU以下,制水成本约为0.36元/m^(3),有效地解决了洋桥水厂保旧建新的供水能力提升问题。In order to solve the shortage of water supply and protect the historical culture of the original waterworks,a new LC-type stainless steel integrated waterworks was adopted in the emergency technical transformation of Yangqiao Waterworks.The application of the integrated waterworks was introduced in detail,and its advantages compared with the traditional waterworks were analyzed,which included raw water utilization,water treatment effect,backwash energy consumption,investment,preservation and new construction,and operating costs.The design scale of this waterworks was 8000 m^(3)/d(the maximum water production capacity could reach 10000 m^(3)/d),and the construction period was only 31 days.After stable operation,the turbidity of the effluent was basically below 0.2 NTU,and water production cost was about 0.36 yuan/m^(3),which effectively improved the water supply capacity of Yangqiao Waterworks.
