摘 要:针对某污水厂进水碳源不足、负荷冲击性强以及占地受限等问题,拟采用A^(2)O—MBBR工艺进行提标改造,并开展中试研究。中试结果表明,在进水平均C/N值<3的条件下,生化池出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均值分别为14.4、0.24、5.93、0.25 mg/L,TN去除率相比现状污水厂提高了27.2%;在1.4倍水量冲击下,出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均值分别为9.9、0.56、6.17、0.2 mg/L;当垃圾渗滤液投加比为0.1%~0.4%时,出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均浓度分别为18.1、0.57、8.05、0.2 mg/L;悬浮载体上硝化菌群相对丰度为13.32%,反硝化菌群相对丰度为14.29%,硝化菌和反硝化菌同时存在,为同步硝化反硝化的发生提供了微观保证。可见,MBBR工艺可以强化中试系统的脱氮除磷能力,大幅提高系统的抗冲击负荷能力。A wastewater treatment plant has the problems of insufficient carbon source,strong shock load,limited footprint area and so on.A^(2)O-MBBR process was proposed to upgrade the existing process,and a pilot test was carried out.When the average C/N ratio of influent was less than 3,the average concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in effluent of the biochemical tank were 14.4 mg/L,0.24 mg/L,5.93 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L,respectively,and the TN removal efficiency increased by 27.2%compared with that of the existing process.When the flow rate of the influent increased by 1.4 times,the average values of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the effluent were 9.9 mg/L,0.56 mg/L,6.17 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L,respectively.When the dosage ratio of landfill leachate was 0.1%-0.4%,the average values of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the effluent were 18.1 mg/L,0.57 mg/L,8.05 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L,respectively.The relative abundance of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria on suspended carriers was 13.32%and 14.29%,respectively.The coexistence of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria provided micro-guarantee for the occurrence of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.Therefore,the MBBR process enhanced the nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacity of the system,and significantly improved shock resistance performance of the system.
