摘 要:试验研究日粮中添加不同剂量竹叶提取物对肉牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率以及血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。将24头西门塔尔公牛分为4组,每组6头牛,每头牛为1个重复。竹叶提取物的添加剂量分别为0、40、80和120 g/d。预试期14 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加80 g/d竹叶提取物可以显著提高肉牛平均日干物质采食量(DMI)(P<0.05),随添加剂量呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加竹叶提取物80和120 g/d时,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加竹叶提取物80和120 g/d时,血清中免疫球蛋白G (IgG)和白介素-10 (IL-10)含量显著提高(P<0.05),并随添加剂量呈二次曲线变化(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加竹叶提取物120 g/d时,血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著降低(P<0.05),添加竹叶提取物80和120 g/d时,血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加竹叶提取物可以增强生长肉牛的抗氧化和免疫能力,提高采食量,竹叶提取物适宜的添加剂量为80 g/d。The experiment studied the effect of different dosages supplementation of bamboo leaf extract on growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients, serum antioxidant and immune indexes of growing beef cattle. A total of24 Simmental bulls were randomly divided into four groups, with six bulls in each group and one bull in each replicate.The additive dosage of bamboo leaf extract was 0, 40, 80 and 120 g/d, respectively. The pre-experiement lasted for 14 d,and the formal experiment lasted for 90 d. The results showed that compared with the control group the addition of 80 g/d bamboo leaf extract could increase the average daily dry matter intake(DMI)(P<0.05), and it changed with a quadratic curve with the dosage(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, when the bamboo leaf extract was added at 80 and120 g/d, the superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05), the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, when the bamboo leaf extract was added at 80 and 120 g/d the contents of immunoglobulin G(IgG) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05), and change with the additive dose in a quadratic curve(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, when 120 g/d of bamboo leaf extract was added, the serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) content was significantly reduced(P<0.05), when the bamboo leaf extract was added at 80 and 120 g/d, the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of bamboo leaf extract to the diet can improve the antioxidant and immune capabilities of growing beef cattle, and increase feed intake. The appropriate dosage of bamboo leaf extract in the diet of growing beef cattle is 80 g/d.
