摘 要:试验研究日粮中添加不同水平蝇蛆抗菌肽对黄羽鹌鹑血液免疫指标、肠道菌群和免疫器官指数的影响。选取250只健康的1日龄黄羽鹌鹑,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组鹌鹑饲喂基础日粮,抗菌肽Ⅰ组、抗菌肽Ⅱ组和抗菌肽Ⅲ组鹌鹑分别饲喂基础日粮+100、200.300 mg/kg蝇蛆抗菌肽,蝇蛆活体组鹌鹑饲喂基础日粮+蝇蛆活体。试验期42d。结果显示,与对照组相比,抗菌肽组鹌鹑血清球蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05).抗菌肽Ⅲ组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组和抗菌肽Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。抗菌肽组及蝇蛆活体组乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。抗菌肽Ⅲ组胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加不同水平的蝇蛆抗菌肽可以提高黄羽鹌鹑血清球蛋白和免疫球蛋白含量,增加盲肠乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数,促进免疫器官的发育,且添加量达到300 mg/kg时效果较佳。The experiment studied the effect of addition of different levels of maggot antibacterial peptides to diet on blood immunity indexes, intestinal flora and immune organ indexes of yellow quails. 250 healthy 1-day-old yellow quails were randomized into five groups, with five replicates in each group and ten quails in each replicate. The quails in control group were fed with basic diet. The quails in antibacterial peptide Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ group were fed with basic diet+100、200、300 mg/kg maggot antibacterial peptide extracts. The quails in maggot living group were fed with basic diet+maggot living body. The test period was 42 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, the serum globulin content of quails was significantly increased in the antibacterial peptides groups(P<0.05). The content of IgA in the antibacterial peptide Ⅲ group was significantly higher than group Ⅰ and control group(P<0.05). The counts of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the antibacterial peptide groups and the maggot living group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The thymus index in antibacterial peptides Ⅲ group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that addition of different levels of maggot antibacterial peptides can increase the serum globulin and immunoglobulin content of yellow feather quail, increase the counts of intestinal beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, promote the development of immune organs, and the effect is better when the addition amount reaches 300 mg/kg.
