摘 要:试验研究不同混合比例对象草和甘蔗梢青贮品质及体外干物质消化率的影响。采用小规模发酵法,按象草和甘蔗梢鲜重比为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75和0∶100 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组)进行调制。每组5个重复。青贮45 d,取样测定混合青贮饲料的发酵品质、营养成分及体外干物质消化率。结果显示,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组青贮的p H值和氨态氮含量均显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ和Ⅴ组青贮的乳酸含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。各组间干物质和粗蛋白质含量均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),Ⅳ和Ⅴ组有机物含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。体外干物质消化率最高的为Ⅳ组,但各组差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅳ组产气量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ组总挥发性脂肪酸和乙酸显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,Ⅳ组混贮料pH值、氨态氮含量较低,乳酸、有机物含量、体外干物质消化率较高,青贮效果最佳。The experiment studied effect of varying proportions of napier grass and sugarcane top on fermentation quality and in vitro dry matter digestibility of mixed silage. Using small-scale fermentation, the fresh weight ratio of elephant grass and sugarcane shoots was 100∶0, 75∶25, 50∶50, 25∶75 and 0∶100(group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ). Each group had five replicate. After 45 d of silage, sampling was taken to determine the fermentation quality, nutritional components and in vitro dry matter disappearance rate of the mixed silage. The results showed that the pH value and the content of ammonia nitrogen in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly lower than those of group Ⅰ(P<0.05), the lactic acid content of silage in group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). There were significant differences in dry matter and crude protein content of silage among the groups(P<0.05), the organic content of silage in group Ⅳ and groupⅤ was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The highest rate of in vitro dry matter disappearance was group Ⅳ, but the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05), the gas production of silage in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05), the total volatile fatty acids and acetic acid of silage in group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the pH value and ammonia nitrogen content of silage in group Ⅳ were lower, while lactic acid, organic matter content and in vitro dry matter digestibility were higher, and silage fermentation quality of group Ⅳ was the best.
