专业性货运枢纽机场的界定——基于战略群组视角

摘　　要：我国出台了一系列鼓励航空物流发展、促进航空货运设施建设的指导意见,并明确提出推进专业性货运枢纽机场的建设和布局,但什么是专业性货运枢纽机场,并无统一的界定。本文从国内外研究成果出发,甄别出判定专业性货运枢纽机场的关键指标。运用战略群组的基本原理进行分类,实证所选择指标能够反映当前专业性货运枢纽机场的主要特征,并能运用这些指标判定一个机场是否属于专业性货运枢纽机场,这对政策制定者以及建设者都有重要的参考意义。China has issued a series of guidelines to encourage the development of aviation logistics and promote the construction of air cargo facilities,and clearly proposed to promote the construction and layout of professional cargo hub airports,but there is no unified definition of what is a professional cargo hub airport.Based on the domestic and foreign research results,this paper identifies the key indicators for determining the professional cargo hub airports.The indicators selected by the empirical study can reflect the main characteristics of the current professional cargo hub airport,and can be used to determine whether an airport is a professional cargo hub airport,which has important reference significance for policy makers and builders.
