摘　　要：对四种抗脉纹剂材料进行了对比试验,研究了四种抗脉纹剂的物理性能,其加入量对芯砂强度及芯砂热膨胀性能的影响。对比分析了其在某铸铁气缸盖的气道砂芯上的实际应用效果,获得相应试验数据,为抗脉纹剂材料的应用提供参考。The physical properties of four kinds of anti-veining agents were tested,and the effects of their addition amount on the strength and thermal expansion of core sand were studied.The practical application effects of four kinds of anti-veining agents in the sand core for the air passage of a cast iron cylinder head were compared and analyzed,and the corresponding test data were obtained,which will provide a reference for the application of anti-veining agent materials.
