法国综合大学“定制式”本科培养模式及其启示

摘　　要：2017年底,法国针对综合性大学学生专业性不强、理论实践结合不紧密、毕业率低下等问题,推出了“大学生计划”,其中“定制式”本科培养模式是重要组成部分。这种“以学生需求为本”的定制式本科培养模式区别于中国“以用人单位需求”为导向的培养模式。从人才培养目标定位、理解学生需求、提供个性化课程、灵活学制、简化转专业手续、明确职业规划、“半工半读”学习模式等方面可为中国高校本科培养模式提供借鉴。At the end of 2017,to address the problems of poor professional relevance of majors,inadequate integration of theory and practice,and low graduation rates of students in public universities,France launched its"Student Plan",of which the"Made-to-Measure"undergraduate training model is an important part.This"student-needs-oriented"undergraduate training model is different from the"employer-needs-oriented"training model in China.It can be used as a model for undergraduate training in Chinese universities in terms of setting talent training objectives,understanding students’needs,providing personalized courses,offering flexible academic system,simplifying procedures for changing majors,making clear career planning,and alternating"work-study"training course.
