摘　　要：针对水下生产设施用耐腐蚀合金Inconel 625的化学成分、力学性能等技术要求缺少系统性考虑的问题,通过对相关标准规范的分析和实际水下油气开发工程项目实践经验的总结,分别提出Inconel 625纯材和在碳钢表面堆焊Inconel 625的技术要求。In view of the lack of systematic consideration of chemical composition,mechanical properties and other technical requirements of corrosion resistant alloy Inconel 625 used in subsea production facilities,the technical requirements of Inconel 625 pure material and surface overlaying Inconel 625 on carbon steel were proposed respectively through the study of relevant standards and specifications and the summary of practical experience in subsea oil and gas development projects.
