摘  要:为了提高沿海双向航道通过能力计算精度,考虑风、流,以及驾驶员人因分析等多因素,引入停船视距、排队论等理论,构建航道通过能力计算模型。利用停船视距优化藤井船舶领域模型,精确计算航道交通容量;根据交通容量计算结果,综合船舶到达规律、种类分布等特征,运用排队论模型求取航道通过能力。用典型双向航道和繁忙水域双向航道实例对比分析该模型与传统通过能力计算模型的计算结果。结果表明,与传统计算模型相比,在沿海双向航道环境中,该模型计算结果与航道实测数据更为贴近,误差小,有较好的实用性和精确性。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of coastal two-way channel traffic capacity,considering the wind,current and driver’s human factor and other factors,the theory of stopping sight distance and queuing theory were introduced to construct the calculation model of channel passing capacity.The ship stopping sight distance was used to optimize the Fujii ship domain model to accurately calculate the channel traffic capacity.According to the calculation results,the ship arrival law,type distribution and other characteristics were integrated to calculate the channel passing capability by queuing theory.Taking typical two-way channel and two-way waterway in busy waters as examples,the calculation results of the model and the traditional model were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the calculation error of the model is small,and the calculation results are closer to the measured data of the channel,which reflects the good practicability and accuracy.
