STEAM教育视域下中医药院校新医科人才培养的思考

摘　　要：为应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情提出的新挑战、迎接世界医学发展的新要求,担负起实施健康中国战略的新任务,当下培养新医科人才刻不容缓。因而中医药院校应加快推进中医药教育创新发展,促进中医药与工、理、文学科深度融合,创新发展中医药事业,提高中医药院校新医科人才培养质量。本文基于STEAM教育视角,从教育理念、教育主体、教学设计三个方面与新医科教育进行契合性分析,得出STEAM教育理念对中医药院校培养新医科人才在教育理念、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、学习模式等方面的启示,为中医药院校新医科人才培养提供新思路,更好地实现我国中医药事业的传承创新发展,助力健康中国战略的实施。In order to meet the new challenges posed by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,meet the new requirements of the world’s medical development,and undertake the new task of implementing the healthy China strategy,it is urgent to cultivate new medical talents.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine colleges should accelerate the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine education,promote the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine with engineering,science and literature,innovate the development of traditional Chinese medicine career,and improve the quality of new medical talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.Based on the perspective of STEAM education,this article analyzes the compatibility between the new medical education and the STEAM education from the three aspects of education concept,education subject,and teaching design.It is concluded the revelation that STEAM education concept on cultivating new medical talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges in education concept,course system construction,faculty team construction,studying mode and other aspects.It provides new ideas for the training of new medical talents in traditional Chinese medicine colleges,so as to better realize the inheritance and innovative development of Chinese medicine and help the implementation of the healthy China strategy.
