互联网+延续性护理在3D共面模板引导下肺小微结节穿刺活检中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察互联网+延续性护理在3D共面模板引导下肺小微结节穿刺活检中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2016年8月至2018年8月河北省唐山市人民医院进行3D共面模板引导肺小微结节穿刺活检的患者124例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组62例,对照组采用传统延续性护理,观察组采用新型互联网+延续性护理,比较两组活检成功率、并发症发生率以及术后随访依从性。结果观察组临床活检成功率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组术后依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用互联网+延续性护理模式能够有效提高3D共面模板引导下肺小微结节穿刺活检患者的活检成功率,减少并发症,临床治疗效果更好,且患者术后回访依从性更佳。Objective To observe the application effect of internet+continuity nursing in 3D small lung nodule biopsy guided by coplanar template.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 124 patients who underwent 3D coplanar template guided biopsy of small pulmonary nodules from August 2016 to August 2018 in Tangshan People’s Hospital.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional continuity nursing,while the observation group adopted new internet+continuity nursing.The success rate of biopsy,the incidence of complications and the compliance of postoperative follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of clinical biopsy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of internet+continuity nursing mode can effectively improve the biopsy success rate of 3D small lung nodule biopsy patients guided by coplanar template,reduce complications,and have better clinical effect,and patients’compliance after follow-up visits is better.
