摘　　要：针对标准信息服务手段单一、方式落后的问题,提出标准知识图谱构建方式和标注方法。将标准文本的内容按照基本要素和关键要素进行划分,再根据标准中所提及的关键字提取相应的实体和关系,从而构建满足标准用户使用需求的标准知识图谱,并面向标准制修订、标准应用等典型应用场景,提出标准知识图谱应用方案,为推动标准知识图谱的构建及应用发展提供参考。We propose a construction of knowledge grphas and knowledge extraction method aiming at solving the lack of service approach of standards.First the content of the standard is divided to basic and key elements.Second,entities and relationships of knowledge grphas are extracted according to the keywords mentioned in the standard.By this method,a standard knowledge graphs that meets the needs of standard users,called standard-oriented knowledge graphs,can be constructed.Finally we describe application and implement scenarios of standard formulation and revision.This papar proposes knowledge graphs application program,providing reference for promoting the construction and application development of standard-oriented knowledge graphs.
