摘  要:目的优选利湿通淋颗粒的醇提工艺,为利湿通淋颗粒的应用与开发提供数据参考。方法以小檗碱转移率和干膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,采用单因素考察和L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计,优选利湿通淋颗粒的最佳醇提工艺条件。结果优选的最佳醇提工艺为:黄柏、石韦等5味中药饮片分别加60%的乙醇溶液10倍、8倍、8倍量,提取3次,每次1.0 h。结论优选的利湿通淋颗粒醇提工艺合理可行,重复性好,为利湿通淋颗粒的进一步开发应用奠定了基础。Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction technique of Lishi Tonglin granules,and to provide reference for their application and development.Methods The composite score of transfer rate of berberine and the dry paste yield were used as the evaluation index.The single factor and L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test design were used to optimize the alcohol extraction technique of Lishi Tonglin granules.Results The optimum alcohol extraction was as follows:5 Chinese herbs were extracted with alcohol for 3 times with 1.0 hour each time,with 10 times,8 times,and 8 times of 60%alcohol,respectively.Conclusion This method is reasonable and repeatable,which can be used for the further development and application of Lishi Tonglin granule.
