摘　　要：脑心清片是以柿叶为原料经水提、醇沉、乙酸乙酯精制而成的柿叶提取物制剂。自2000年临床应用以来,脑心清片被广泛用于冠心病、脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的治疗。随着现代科学技术的快速发展,脑心清片的研究也取得了一定的进展。本文从化学成分、药理作用和临床应用三方面展开,对柿叶提取物及其制剂脑心清片的研究进展进行综述。Naoxinqing tablets are preparation with a persimmon leaves as the raw material through water extraction,alcohol precipitation and ethyl acetate refinement.Since their clinical application in 2000,Naoxinqing tablets have been widely used for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and stroke.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the research in Naoxinqing tablets has also made some progress.This article summarized the research in persimmon leaf extract and Naoxinqing tablets from three aspects:chemical composition,pharmacological effect and clinical application.
