摘  要:目的建立新加香薷饮的气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),程序升温,检测器为氢火焰离子检测器,检测器温度240℃,进样口温度240℃,载气为高纯度氮气,柱流量2.0 mL·min^(-1),分流比20∶1,进样量1μL,对16批新加香薷饮中挥发油进行分析,使用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012版)对色谱图进行相似度评价。结果16批样品指纹图谱中有29个共有峰,所建立的新加香薷饮的GC指纹图谱方法专属性、稳定性、重复性和精密度良好。结论该方法简单、准确、快速,可用于新加香薷饮的整体评价,可为经典名方质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish the GC fingerprint of Xinjia Xiangru decoction for its quality control.Methods The separation was performed on an HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm)with programmed temperature.The FID detector was used.Both the inlet temperature and the detector temperature was 240℃.The carrier gas was nitrogen with high purity,the splitted ratio was 20∶1,the flow rate was 2.0 mL·min^(-1),and the inlet volume was 1μL.The similarity of 16 batches of Xinjia Xiangru decoction was evaluated with similarity assay.Results The GC fingerprint of Xinjia Xiangru decoction was specific,stable,reproducible and precise,with 29 common peaks in the 16 sample batches.Conclusion This method is simple,fast,and accurate,and the established fingerprint can be applied for the overall evaluation of Xinjia Xiangru decoction,providing ideas and basis for the quality control of classic popular prescriptions.
