摘　　要：目的通过对前置审方系统规则进行优化,提高软件审方的敏感性和特异性。方法基于文献分析和梳理,定期对审方系统的警示信息进行优化,必要时调整警示内容。结果临床药师对前置审方系统的规则优化提高了医师对警示信息的接受度。结论临床药师可通过优化前置审方规则提高合理用药水平。Objective To improve the sensitivity and specificity of prescription pre-examination system by optimizing the rules.Methods The warning information of the system was analyzed and optimized regularly based on the literature review,and the warning was adjusted when necessary.Results The optimization of prescription the pre-examination system improved doctor's acceptance of warning.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can improve the level of rational drug use by optimizing the rules of prescription pre-examination system.
