摘 要:目的检测Foxp3 mRNA在儿童腺病毒肺炎外周血单个核细胞中的表达,探讨其在儿童腺病毒肺炎中的免疫发病机制。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月该科30例腺病毒肺炎患儿及30例健康儿童作为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测外周血单个核细胞中特异性转录因子Foxp3 mRNA的表达水平。结果腺病毒肺炎患儿外周血单个核细胞中Foxp3 mRNA表达水平(1.12±0.56)明显低于健康儿童(5.16±3.59),差异有统计学意义(t=-7.63,P<0.001)。结论Foxp3 mRNA低表达可能与儿童腺病毒肺炎的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To detect the expression of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of children with adenovirus pneumonia,and to investigate its immune pathogenesis in child adenovirus pneumonia.Methods Thirty children patients with adenovirus pneumonia in the pediatric department of this hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 and 30 normal healthy children were selected as the study subjects.The real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of specific transcription factor Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Results The expression level of Foxp3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the children patients with adenovirus pneumonia was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.12±0.56 vs.5.16±3.59),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-7.63,P<0.001).Conclusion The low expression of Foxp3 mRNA may be closely related to the occurrence and development of child adenovirus pneumonia.
