摘 要:直流线性压缩机是节流系统的关键驱动部件,吸气阀片运动特性对压缩机的输出性能具有重要的影响作用。基于试验室液氦温区节流系统用直流线性压缩机,本文开展阀片静力学应力分析及动力学运动特性研究工作。建立氦流体、阀片、升程限制器数值仿真模型,研究了阀片在吸气过程中阀片升程、速度和表面应力随时间的瞬态变化特性,得到阀片在工作中的运动和碰撞过程规律,分析了不同阀片刚度K对减小颤振、降低回流损失的影响。本文的研究内容对优化阀片结构及提高线性压缩机输出性能提供了参考。The direct-current linear compressor is a key driving component of the throttling system,and the movement characteristics of the suction valve have an important influence on the output performance of the compressor.Based on the DC linear compressor used in the throttling system in the liquid helium temperature region of the laboratory,the static stress analysis and study of dynamic motion characteristics of the valve plate were carried out.The numerical simulation model of helium fluid,valve plate and lift limiter was established to study the transient change characteristics of valve lift,velocity and surface stress with time during the suction of the valve plate.The movement and collision process rules of the valve plate during operation were obtained,and the effects of different valve plate stiffness K on reducing chatter vibration and reducing return loss were analyzed.The research content provides a reference for optimizing the structure of the valve plate and improving the output performance of the linear compressor.
