摘　　要：痛风发病率逐年上升且呈年轻化,如不及时控制将严重影响患者生活质量,甚至危及生命。胡荫奇教授为第三、四、五批名老中医专家,长期从事风湿免疫病的临床与科研工作,对痛风的诊疗积累了丰富经验,善从“伏邪”论治痛风,认为其“伏邪”性质为湿热痰瘀,过量的血尿酸亦属于“伏邪”范畴。其病位在脾肾,病机为湿浊痰瘀久伏,正气不足,遇外邪引动而发病。故治疗以祛邪与扶正相合,以清热除湿为基础,补益脾肾为主,运用分消、搜络、扶正之法导“伏邪”外出,并注重急性期和缓解期分期论治,临床疗效显著。The incidence of gout is increasing year by year and is becoming younger.If it is not controlled in time,it will seriously affect the quality of life of patients,even life-threatening.Professor Hu Yinqi is the third,fourth and fifth group of famous expert of Traditional Chinese medicine,who has long been engaged in the clinical and scientific research of rheumatic immunology disease and accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gout.Hu is good at treating gout from and considers the nature of“Fu Xie”is dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis,even concluding excessive blood uric acid.The root cause is in spleen and kidney,the pathogenesis is the dampness turbid phlegm and blood stasis have been lying in the viscera and meridians for a long time,then has been caused by the outside evil.The principle of treatment is cleaning heart and resolving dampness.It is mainly based on invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney.The method of dividing and eliminating,searching collaterals and strengthening the body is used to lead“Fu Xie”to go out,as well as focusing on the acute period and remission period.All of these methods achieve significant curative effect.
