摘　　要：中医学认为经络是气血运行的道路,穴位是经络气血输注于体表的部位,当脏腑、气血状态发生改变时,会使穴位出现力学、热学、电学等信息的改变。脾脏功能的盛衰直接影响经脉中气血的充盛和运行,脾虚证同样会出现腧穴信息的改变。建立经脉气血运行的客观化半定量研究方法,定量和定性相结合研究脾虚证本质,将更有利于丰富和完善脾虚证的诊断及疗效评价。微纳传感器的诞生,突破了传统传感器的不足和局限,以其高灵敏、多功能等优异性能,集成、阵列、微型、智能和便携等优异特点,使得生命信息、腧穴信息连续、动态、实时、原位检测成为可能。文章阐述了现有经络腧穴信息检测技术的局限,将微纳检测引入脾虚证患者的经络腧穴检测,以期为临床提供可靠的数据支持。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the meridian is the path for the movement of Qi and blood.The Acupuncture points are the parts of the body surface where the meridian Qi and blood infused.When the state of viscera,Qi and blood changes,the acupuncture points will show the informational changes such as mechanics,heat,electricity,etc.The rise and fall of spleen function directly affect the flow and circulation of Qi and blood in the meridians.Spleen deficiency syndrome will also change the information of acupoints.To establish an objective semi-quantitative research method for the movement of meridian Qi and blood,combining quantitative and qualitative research on the essence of spleen deficiency syndrome,it will be more helpful to enrich and perfect the diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect of spleen deficiency syndrome.The birth of micro-nano sensors has broken through the shortcomings and limitations of traditional sensors.With its high sensitivity,multi-function,high intelligence excellent performance,excellent features such as integration,array,miniature,smart and portable,make the continuous,dynamic,real-time,in-situ detection of life information and acupuncture information become possible.This article reviews the defects and deficiencies of existing meridian and acupoint detection methods.People introduce micro-nano detection technology into the meridian and acupoint information detection of spleen deficiency syndrome and provide more reliable and high-quality evidence for clinical reference.
