摘 要:文中研究分析储煤筒仓卸料小车设计及应用中存在的驱动能力计算、控制系统开发、布料工艺设计等方面的问题。采用冲量定理计算卸料小车设计中尾车转运物料的颗粒流冲击力,以及卸料小车飞车的影响因素。通过分析三通溜槽分叉尺寸与筒仓仓容的关系,建立了基于仓容利用最大化进行卸料小车三通溜槽尺寸设计的计算方法。提出了一种采用基于时间控制的多点自动卸料工艺,可充分利用筒仓仓容实现筒仓堆存空间最大化。In this paper,the design and application of unloading trolley in coal storage silo are studied and analyzed,including the calculation of driving capacity,the development of control system and the design of distributing process.The impulse theorem was used to calculate the impact force of the particle flow of the material transported by the tail trolley in the design of the unloading trolley,and the influencing factors of the runaway of the unloading trolley.According to the analysis of the relationship between the size of the three-way chute bifurcation and the silo capacity,a calculation method for the size design of the three-way chute of the unloading trolley based on the maximum utilization of the silo capacity was established.A multi-point automatic unloading process based on time control was proposed,which can maximize the utilization of silo storage space.
