摘  要:针对无机材料的传热系数较高和有机材料的耐火性能差的问题,本研究开发了一种由无机保温材料构成的框架,框架内布置由有机材料制备的保温面板构成的保温芯材,并于外墙结构整体浇筑的外墙外保温系统。同时,采用清华斯维尔节能计算软件对该保温系统的保温性能进行了模拟计算,结果表明该系统在可以有效防火的前提下通过更薄的保温层厚度实现良好的保温隔热效果。研究表明,小分仓A级防火保模板的各项性能均可达到节能标准要求和现行防火规范要求,适宜推广使用。Aiming at the problem of high heat transfer coefficient of inorganic materials and poor fire resistance of organic materials,this study developed a frame composed of inorganic heat preservation materials.The frame is arranged with the core material composed of the heat preservation panel prepared by organic materials,and the external wall heat preservation system is poured into the external wall structure as a whole.At the same time,the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation system is simulated by using THS energy saving calculation software.The results show that the system can achieve good thermal insulation effect through thinner insulation layer thickness under the premise of effective fire protection.The results show that the performance of class A fire protection template in small compartment can meet the requirements of energy saving standard and current fire protection code,and is suitable for popularization and use.
