执行建筑师对后建筑设计的实践探索——浅谈东梓关梓缘民宿设计建设和使用

摘　　要：杭州富阳东梓关村是明清时期的古村落,有部分"文革"时期建造的建筑经过重新设计,改造为符合古村风貌的民宿。文章从东梓关"梓缘"民宿经营使用的角度出发,探讨民宿建筑设计、改造建设和后期使用等序列化问题。该项目的设计,是先解决民宿不同功能的应用需求,再来谈该类型建筑设计和建设的技术问题,是以打造未来建筑的应用而给建筑设计提供指导方向,从而作为以后的设计目标,同时解决原老结构建筑、老功能建筑改造为现代结构及新功能建筑的问题。通过对梓缘民宿的精心设计,并介入到实际运营中,较好地满足了建筑的各项功能要求,创造出富有特色的后建筑设计空间。Dongziguan Village,Fuyang District,Hangzhou is an ancient village in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Some buildings built during the Cultural Revolution have been redesigned and transformed into a homestay in line with the style of the ancient village.The paper discusses the serialization issues of folk-custom architectural design,reconstruction and later use from the perspective of the use of"Ziyuan"B&B in Dongziguan.The design of this project is to first solve the application requirements of different functions of folklore,and then talk about the technical problems of the design and construction of this type of building.It is to create the application of future buildings to provide guidance for the architectural design,which is the future design goal.At the same time,it solves the problem of transforming the original old structure building and old function building into modern structure and new function building.Through the meticulous design of the"Ziyuan"folk custom and its intervention in actual operations,it satisfies the various functional requirements of the building and creates a distinctive post-architectural space.
