摘　　要：基于英国卡迪夫大学规划与地理学院约翰·庞特(John Punter)教授对于城市设计的"十大戒条"理念,文章从多个角度对广西桂林市临桂新区中心区"一院两馆"进行评价,旨在评价桂林临桂新区城市设计及对公众的影响。文章首先对约翰·庞特的城市设计"十大戒条"理念进行介绍,随之结合实地调研与文献研究,对桂林市临桂新区"一院两馆"中心区的城市设计中的场所营造、公共通道、尺度、安全性、公共性能、效能等方面进行分析评价,发现其中所反映的临桂新区中心区城市设计的效果、制约机制和多视角下城市设计走向。通过城市设计"十大戒条"的理论研究与实际项目比较,文章尝试为我国同类型研究开展提供参照和借鉴,并期望可以帮助其他城市设计确立相关理论基础。Based on the concept of"Ten Commandments"of urban design by Professor John Punter of the School of Planning and Geography of Cardiff University in the United Kingdom,the paper examines the"one hospital and two museums"in the central area of Lingui New District,Guilin,Guangxi from multiple perspectives.The evaluation aims to analyze the urban design of the Lingui New District in Guilin and its impact on the public.The paper first introduces John Pont’s"Ten Commandments"concept of urban design,and then combines field research and literature research to make an analysis of the urban design of the"one courtyard and two museums"central area in Lingui New District,Guilin.The analysis and evaluation of public passages,scale,safety,public performance,efficiency,etc.attempt to discover the effects,restriction mechanisms and urban design trends of urban design in the central area of Lingui New District reflected therein.Through the comparison between the theoretical research on the"ten commandments"of urban design and actual projects,the paper hopes to provide reference and reference for the development of the same type of research in my country,and can help other urban designs to establish relevant theoretical foundations.
